These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drippy AI ("Drippy AI", "we", "us"), an AI assistant platform. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country). You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Drippy AI to: break any applicable law; generate content that infringes others' rights; harass, defame or harm any person; attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service; bypass usage limits or access controls; or resell access without our written permission.
3. AI-generated content
Drippy AI generates responses using an AI model. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it. Drippy AI does not guarantee the accuracy of any response.
4. Plans and usage
Plans define a daily message allowance that is enforced server-side and resets at midnight. Allowances and plan details may change; changes to your plan will be reflected on the Plans page. Payment processing, where enabled, is handled by the connected payment provider under their terms.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drippy AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
